About me

associated professor in molecular biology at the university, Maya Cesari is elected to the regional council of La Reunion, chaired by Huguette Bello. She is responsible for innovation and blue economy. In this field, she is president of the Institut Bleu and Réunion Innovation Agency associations. She is also vice-president of the Indian Ocean Shores Council, secretary of the Marine Turtle Study Center association and administrator of the marine reserve and the GIP shark safety center. Furthermore, she chaired and remains an administrator of Petits Débrouillards de La Réunion, an association for popular education in citizenship through the scientific approach.
