Cogea

Cogea is a consultancy based in Rome, Italy. In Italy, our focus is on technical assistance to the public administration for the management of EU funds. Policy evaluation and auditing are also areas of expertise where we assist the Italian public administration.

At EU level, we have worked with several DGs of the EU Commission, as well as with other EU institutions in the areas of policy evaluation, market intelligence, data management, socio-economic studies.

Over the past 15 years we have carried out considerable work for DG MARE, including EUMOFA, EMODnet (Human Activities thematic Group), EU Blue Economy Observatory, and several others.
