euWater4i-SD international event at IFAT 2024

euWater4i-SD offers its financial support to European SMEs by covering up to 1,000€ per company for their travel expenses / 500€ if you attend only one part (morning / afternoon) of the event.

The persons or categories of persons that may receive financial support must respond to the two following criteria:

• Being a micro, small or medium-sized company, according to the definitions given by the European Commission (see here),

• Being member of the project partners clusters or of a cluster associated to the project (through the status of associated partner, through the status of ambassador or through a partnership agreement).

The exact amount of the financial support provided to SMEs will correspond to their actual costs, with a limit of the maximum amounts previously cited. The costs will be reimbursed against invoice and after submission of an evaluation form.

Two types of activity are qualified for financial support, and therefore considered as eligible costs:

• Travel costs (class economy): actual costs, against invoice;

• Accommodation and subsistence costs: actual costs, against invoice.

The benefiting companies will be selected through an open, transparent, impartial and fair awarding process.
