euWater4i-SD international event at IFAT 2024

On May 15th, 2024, join us for the euWater4i-SD international event at IFAT 2024! We're excited to bring together once again European SMEs, cluster members, cluster organisations, policy makers, investors and representatives from Eastern Africa and Latin America for one day of inspiring keynote talks, company pitches, and networking opportunities. Participation is as always free of charge.

As the euWater4i-SD project is coming to end in 2024, we have decided to focus this year's event on our results and achievements in the field of SME internationalisation.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT

In the morning, we will have the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Jenny Atmanagara for a keynote speech on "Building Resilient Economic Ecosystems - Experiences and Lessons Learned from Baden-Württemberg THE LÄND". It will be followed by a brief review of the actions and successes of euWater4i-SD, but most importantly by five company pitches outlining their Best Practices and how they have achieved their internationalisation goals.

A networking lunch will be offered to you directly in the conference room.

In the afternoon, the two main topics will be funding & networking. B. Link, consulting company specialised in European funds, will be presenting the Guide on EU funding that they designed specially for European SMEs at the request of euWater4i-SD. The rest of afternoon will be used for matchmaking between our participants. Meetings of 15 min can be booked directly here, on the b2match platform, with any other participant. The aim is to help you build partnerships with other companies and meet investors and representatives from your target markets in order to pursue your internationalisation objectives.

euWater4i-SD is a European cluster partnership for Going International. This EU-funded project supports European SMEs in water and water-related industries in their efforts to enter South American and East African markets. The consortium is made up of five leading clusters: ACLIMA (es), AquaValley (fr), CREA Hydro&Energy (cz), Ecoliance (de) and Green Synergy Cluster (bg). Over a three-year period, the five partners have developed and implemented a join internationalisation strategy, offering a range of tools to help SMEs go international: market intelligence, training, coaching, trade missions, matchmaking, events, financial support, a funding guide and an e-market place.
