For creating your profile for attending to INNEXA ALLIANCE's event 2025 in Madrid, you must follow some steps through the B2Match platform. You fill find them clearly explained below:

1.     Before registering1️⃣

Each member will receive an email from info.innexa@gmail.com containing basic instructions and the link to the platform's Membership page in order to start the registration process.

2.     To make the process easier for you😉

As mentioned before, in the received mail you will find the details for:

• The membership fee payment details, (€200 -> The annual INNEXA membership + the participation of one representative in the Madrid 2025 Event. // Additional fee +€100 shall apply for the registration of each extra representative from the same organization). Once done remember to save the payment receipt.

• The membership agreement. where you will find some extra information and once readed send it back to info.innexa@gmail.com.

3.     Profile Creation into the B2Match platform 👤

Once done the registration and going on the platform, each participant must create its profile by following the instructions and completing all required sections.

• Registration is personal and not for an organization: each participant must register individually. Remember always pressing the "save" button not to loose the information.

• Once you did your personal profile, you should create the organisation page. Here you will find all the needed questions, please, remember that the more completed your profile is, the better for all.

  In this stage, you will have to upload your organisation PIF, always if you have one.

• Finally you will find the Marketplace section, where you will find a space to create new opportunities with other members inside of the alliance. It is able to upload more than one project, but please, make sure you press the "Show on the organisation page" button, then your project will be published in the platform.

  In the end you will find "Upload files", this is the place to submit the concept note document for your project proposal.

4.     Profile activation ▶️

It is important to know that only after the payment is confirmed will the user be officially registered and granted access to the platform's services.

YOU CAN ALWAYS GO BACK TO CHANGE THE INFORMATION IN ANY OF THE PROFILES
