PROOF of CONCEPT: CotA laccase.

We produce micro/nanospheres (MS/NS) loaded with your (glyco)protein(s) of interest in any expression system (mammalian, baculovirus, bacteria).

Easy production & cost effective: big amounts of MS/NS are easily purified. Cells do the work: express & encapsulate.

It works at wider pH ranges than the free enzyme.

Covalent surface modification (any desired molecule) without affecting protein activity.
1) Biomedical applications (ongoing research collaborations with Clinical research - Hospitals): i) Metabolic diseases: enzyme replacement therapy; ii) Biomarkers isolation; iii) Post-translational modifications & ubiquitin-like proteins
