Farmaforum Partnering Day 2025

Farmaforum 2025, Forum of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical and Laboratory Technologies Industry, celebrates its eleventh edition in Madrid. Once again, the IFEMA facilities, specifically Hall 9 of the Feria de Madrid, have been chosen. In its eleven years of existence, Farmaforum has managed to consolidate itself as the most important event of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Spain, extending its theme and sharing synergies with the Biotechnology Industry and the Cosmetic Industry, through the special areas Health&Research Forum, Cosméticaforum, Biotechforum, Nutraforum, Apisforum, Vetforum, Farmacovigilanciaforum, Logisticforum and Cannabisforum.

In the framework of this forum, Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d, as coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network in Madrid, organizes the 11th edition of Farmaforum International Partnering Day on the 18th September 2025. This brokerage event, which will be held both online and onsite, aims to exchange information between possible technological and business partners in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and laboratory industries.  The 2024 edition of the international brokerage event featured over 200 bilateral meetings, connecting more than 180 participants from 24 countries, including companies, research centers, and universities.

Farmaforum consists of an exhibition area and an extensive program of conferences and workshops, offering dedicated spaces for networking. Following the success of the previous edition, the seventh edition of Labforum will also be held in 2025, dedicated to Materials, Instrumentation, Equipment, and Methods for Laboratory Analysis and Diagnostics, with a dedicated space.

This year, four new branches will also be added to the event under the names Pharmacovigilance Forum, VetForum, and LogisticsForum.The pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and cosmetic industries, among other sectors, depend on advances in research to launch their products. Speeding up these processes while ensuring quality and safety directly impacts the costs of new developments and is therefore of utmost importance to companies.

The main objective of the event is to create a meeting forum for companies, research institutes, universities, and other organizations that are actively engaged within the field of Pharma, Biopharma, Cosmetic, Biotech, and Lab Technology. Participants may provide opportunities for collaboration and business based on technology, through targeted-agreement bilateral meetings. Those entities that have arranged meetings through the event tool will be able to participate in face-to-face sessions.
