I develop AI-based wireless monitoring tools for law enforcement and critical infrastructure, focusing on cyber-physical security in urban settings.
I have over 20 years of experience in IT environments focused in electronic detection, signal intelligence (SIGINT), and applied research in security technologies. Currently, I lead the Electronic Detection area at Teknei, where I design and implement solutions for real-time monitoring of wireless environments, supporting public safety operations, urban mobility, and infrastructure resilience.
My background includes collaborations with national and European law enforcement agencies, focusing on developing deployable systems for covert surveillance, anomaly detection, and presence analysis using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM, and CSI-based technologies. I’m also involved in R&D projects under frameworks like Horizon Europe, CDTI Misiones, and Puertos 4.0, with an emphasis on edge computing, AI, and sensor integration.
Beyond my technical role, I’m passionate about translating complex tech into actionable intelligence, building bridges between field operations and innovation.
