Latvian Technological Center (LTC) is an innovation and technology-oriented business support structure - business acceleration centre, which stimulates establishment and growth of knowledge-based SMEs by creating relationships between research and industry as well as encouraging SMEs for technology transfer and trans-national cooperation, as well as developing innovation culture and environment in private companies and local authorities.

LTC has established good partnership with technology oriented high-tech SMEs, industrial associations, research institutions, innovation centres and technology transfer offices in whole territory of Latvia. Historically LTC represents technology-oriented SMEs in local and foreign markets. LTC has good co-operation links with such high-level governmental bodies as Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Economics, Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, State Regional Development Agency and others.

LTC has been actively involved in different EU research projects on innovation since 5th Framework program, Leonardo Da Vinci programme, Baltic Sea and Central Baltic Region Interreg programme, etc. From 1997 till 2008 LTC was the Coordinator and single partner of Innovation Relay Centre Network project in Latvia. Since 2008 LTC is the partner for the Enterprise Europe Network project in Latvia, with expertise in innovation, technology transfer, commercialisation of research results and development of technology-oriented business. In recent years LTC have been involved in lot of other project including those one related to sustainability and circularity.

LTC has remarkable experience in enhancing innovation management capacity and developing special trainings for innovative and technology-oriented companies.

LTC holds database of more than 1500 institutions that are interested in technology transfer and technology-business development.
