Researching the efficient deployment of Operator Assistive Technologies (DWI, AR/VR, HMIs, etc.) in challenging production environments.
About me
I work as the Technical Domain Lead for Operator 4.0 research at Flanders Make. With a Masters’ degree in Mechanical Engineering (KULeuven, 2016) and extensive research experience in multidisciplinary projects, I developed a broad expertise in product & process optimization, design for manufacturing and human-robot collaboration. My current focus is on Operator Assistive Technologies, including digital work instructions, collaborative robotics, and AR/VR training. More specifically, exploring how to deploy these technologies more effectively within flexible manufacturing environments.
