We are a family run business since 1987 and manufacture a range of mature raw milk cheddars using only the milk from our own pedigree Friesian herd. Our products are produced using only summer milk to ensure its of high quality and we have perfected the formula over the past 37 years.

We also manufacture a range of pasteurised flavoured cheddars which have a more commercial appeal. Examples include Garlic & Herb, Black Pepper & Chives.
