Cold smoked, dried sausages, meat products

ROKIŠKIO MĖSINĖ produces traditional meat products, typical in Aukstaitija ethnographic region of Lithuania such as cold-smoked Rokiškio skilandis, Rokiškio cold-smoked and salted bacon considered to be Lithuanian national heritage. To produce these products the company uses old recipes and rural smokehouses, where the products are smoked using alder wood chips.
