Edlira Martiri is a professional with a deep-rooted background in Computer Science and Information Security. She holds a Master's degree in Advanced Informatics from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana, and has been awarded two Ph.D. degrees from the University of Tirana (2016) and NTNU, Norway (2022). Both of her doctoral dissertations concentrated on data protection, with the first on images and the second on Biometric Templates and Machine Learning, highlighting her specialized knowledge in Information Security and ML.
During her tenure as a research fellow at NTNU University in Norway, within the Department of IT and Communication, she developed a new scheme for protecting sensitive data in biometric databases, adhering to industry standards. This role involved threat analysis, attacker scenario modelling, strategy design for countering threats, risk management, and more. Since January 2014, Ms. Martiri has been the National Contact Point for Albania in the European Association of Biometrics (www.eab.org), and is an active participant in different projects and conferences in EU regarding information security.
In the professional domain, Edlira has contributed both to academia (University of Tirana) and industry as developer, blockchain architect and smart contract programmer, web designer, security specialist, and consultant for various organizations, local and international ones. Furthermore, she actively contributes to Albania's IT community as a coach, jury member and mentor, championing secure systems and ethical technology practices.

Gentjana Muça is a dedicated technology expert based in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on developing and maintaining complex back-end and front-end systems. Her career spans various roles in software engineering, showcasing her expertise in cloud technologies and her commitment to building secure, reliable, and maintainable systems. As a Security Champion, Gentjana is devoted to creating secure architectures and promoting best practices in cybersecurity, driven by her passion for continuous learning and skill improvement.
In her current role, Gentjana excels as a fullstack software engineer and product owner, where she builds and maintains microservices using Java and Spring Boot and crafts responsive UIs with React and TypeScript. She leads cloud migration projects, successfully transitioning applications from on-premises environments to AWS.
Beyond her engineering roles, Gentjana is also a co-founder of Cyber Morfosis, a company dedicated to advancing cybersecurity solutions.
