Tube Zett Lamella clarifier
About
TubeZett is a groundbreaking innovation in the design and configuration of high-rate clarifiers or accelerated sedimentation systems. Widely used in solid-liquid separation processes, TubeZett has applications in drinking water production, wastewater treatment, mining processes, and various industrial sectors.
This advanced system significantly reduces both sedimentation time and required footprint by enhancing two key factors:
-
Minimizing particle travel distance, allowing for faster and more efficient settling.
-
Reducing fluid friction effects, which enhances overall sedimentation performance.
Constructed entirely from 0.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, TubeZett offers exceptional mechanical strength, supporting spans of up to 2 meters between supports. This robust design reduces the need for extensive support structures compared to similar products.
The modular configuration consists of independent units up to 2 meters in length, which can be easily connected to achieve the desired size. With only three standardized components—"Z profiles", side plates, and central plates—assembly is simplified, facilitating easy stacking for transport and reducing associated costs.
Additional benefits of TubeZett include:
-
Lightweight structure: Weighing just 98 kg/m², it boasts the highest mechanical resistance in its class.
-
Durability: Designed for a lifespan of up to 20 years.
-
Rapid on-site assembly: Utilizing spot welding techniques.
-
Competitive pricing: Offers a cost-effective alternative to plastic tube settlers.
By integrating TubeZett, industries can achieve industries can achieve higher efficiency and lower operational costs in solid-liquid separation, making it a transformative solution for modern water and wastewater treatment systems.
