Acceleware is an advanced EM heating company with a highly scalable, patented EM industrial power-to-heat converter, ‘EM Powered Heat.’ EM Powered Heat reduces energy consumption joule for joule versus fossil fuel-based heat and other forms of electrification, resulting in an estimated 50% - 75% energy costs savings versus combustion/electric heat. EM Powered Heat can heat/dry high volume applications at temperatures ranging anywhere from 40 – 2000 °C.
Projects underway include:
Concrete and Cement: Adaptation of EM Powered Heat dryer for fly ash - transforming waste fly ash from coal power plants into concrete additive that reduces CO2 emissions., Amine-based Carbon Capture: High efficiency electrification of solvent regeneration, reducing energy input up to 75%, reducing operating cost by an estimated 33%, and minimizing amine solvent degradation., Mining – Critical Minerals EM Powered Heat Dryer: Reducing energy intensity versus combustion or other forms of electric heat.
EM Powered Heat can be adapted to work with multiple other industrial process heating applications.
