Vinnova

Vinnova's mission is to strengthen Sweden's innovative capacity to contribute to sustainable growth. We stimulate collaborations where knowledge and expertise from different sources can meet to learn from each other.

Through our support, companies and organizations are given the opportunity to experiment and test new ideas before they become profitable. Every year, Vinnova invests approximately SEK 3.5 billion in research and innovation.

Vinnova is a state public authority under the Swedish Ministry of Climate and Enterprise and the national contact authority for Eureka and the EU Framework Programme for research and Innovation. We are also the government's expert authority in the area of innovation policy.

We have approximately 240 employees. Our head office is in Stockholm. We also have employees on assignment in Brussels, Singapore, Silicon Valley and Tel Aviv.
