We provide conversational Voice AI agents that call and chat with patients to automate administrative tasks like appointment scheduling, surveys, and support. Our agents are adaptive, multilingual, and fully healthcare-compliant—designed to boost operational efficiency and enhance patient engagement for better clinical outcomes. Key use cases in hospitals and clinics include: Reducing No-Shows: Our AI assistants proactively remind patients of upcoming appointments and offer rescheduling options, significantly lowering no-show rates while improving resource utilization and clinic revenue. Improving Patient Engagement: Through automated follow-ups and proactive outreach, our agents maintain consistent communication with patients, supporting better health outcomes and higher satisfaction. Streamlining Patient Intake: By collecting medical and administrative information ahead of appointments, our solution minimizes manual work, reduces errors, and ensures smoother visit preparation. We’re currently piloting with hospitals and mental health clinics in the Netherlands and are actively seeking R&D partners to co-develop next-generation AI tools for real-time patient interaction and workflow optimization on a global scale.
