Prior to 10xONE, Peter Czernecki established iAGE Solutions Ltd, a company specializing in iSeries, RPG, and AS400 consulting, development, testing, and project management. Over the course of 15 years, he successfully navigated the company from a local presence to a global player. Peter also showcased his prowess in financial planning, agile methodologies, and business development.

Notably, Peter Czernecki founded SecretCube in October 2015, a venture dedicated to providing unlimited privacy and safety for data and files in home and office environments. He ensured the development of heavily secure and protected file storage solutions, reinforcing his skills in startups and software design.

Peter Czernecki's professional journey includes a pivotal role as Business Development Manager at Taurus Development Llc, where he played a crucial part in building the firm's services, software architecture, and overseeing software development. With a tenure spanning nine years, Peter demonstrated expertise in software as a service (SaaS), startups, and new business development.

Before venturing into startups, Peter Czernecki held significant positions in established companies. As a Partner at Artemis, he focused on project management and strategy consulting, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Additionally, he served as the Strategy and Integration Director at Waberer's International, where his efforts led to the identification, tailoring, and implementation of a new high-profit business model with AIG New Europe Fund. This position also include role as Managing Director at Inforatio Solutions - an outsourced IT entity.

Peter Czernecki acted as Restructuring Program Manager/Chief Information Officer at Hungarocamion, where he played instrumental roles in reshaping and revitalizing the companies through innovative software solutions and strategic leadership, with the help of Private Equity Investors: Bank of America Capital Partners and DBG Osteuropa Holding.
