About
This product aims to build a body activity and health monitoring system which is able to perform anomaly detection. It consists of several subsystems, namely reliable inertial measurement units, health data measurement unit and a companion PC. Design of this system and its submodules will be done on hardware, software and algorithm level. The system consists of three distinct subsystems, which are Edge Unit IMU, Edge Unit Health and Companion PC. Data is collected by Edge Unit IMU and Edge Unit Health and transferred to Companion PC. Transferred data contains orientation information of each limb and health status parameters such as heart rate (HR), body temperature (BT) and pulse oximeter (SpO2). After the processing carried out in Companion PC, activity of the person (walking, sitting etc.) is detected and if there are any alerting situations (too high HR, too low SpO2 etc.) or anomalies (fall, fatigue) they are also found. This data is then sent to distant or local clients to be displayed. This product can be used to track the health and posture of operational units, which will reduce the casualties in risky operations.
