I graduated from land force academy as system engineer and worked 22 years in Turkish Gendarmerie. My mission was as Gendarmerie officer basic trainee, Gendarmerie officer basic trainee, Gendarmarie public order commando company commander, County gendarmerie commander, Gendarmarie public order commando company commander, Dam gendarmerie protection company commander, Prison protection company  commander, Prison protection battalion deputy commander, Gendarmarie Commando Battalion Commander. I have project management certificate. For now considering that smuggling and organized crimes have become transnational crimes due to globalization, the diversity of crimes and the methods of committing these crimes also change with the changing and developing technology. In this context, Gendarmerie Anti-smuggling, organized crime elements carry out their duties of following technological developments and preventing smuggling incidents by working jointly with other public institutions and organizations.

Our country aims to prevent the destruction of cultural assets through illegal excavations, to prevent them from being presented for the benefit of humanity, and to prevent illegal trade, in cooperation with other countries within the framework of national legislation and international agreements, with the principle that cultural assets are the common heritage of all humanity as a part of the lands they belong to. As a branch manager of smuggling and fighting against crime, I plan operations regarding the events that occur and send my executive units (26 personnel) to the operation . I take part in the operation with them when necessary.

          In order to prevent tobacco and tobacco product smuggling, cigarette smuggling, alcohol smuggling and drug incidents, to capture wanted persons/vehicles, to deter individuals from committing crimes, and to protect general health and public morality, under the coordination of the General Directorate of Security and the Gendarmerie Anti-smuggling, organized crime Directorate simultaneously throughout the country. I plan the "Illegal/Fake Alcohol Application " activities and ensure their execution.

            Within the scope of Fighting Fuel Smuggling ; It is aimed to combat fuel smuggling with the National Marker application, which is the identifying substance in fuel only in our country throughout the world. In this context, I plan operations throughout the country and send my enforcement units to the operation. The operations carried out aim to reduce informality in the oil market, prevent illegal fuel sales, and prevent tax loss and damage to the environment/human health.

            In addition, since smuggling is among the important financial sources of criminal and terrorist organizations, it ensures the continuity of the organizations and returns to our people and society as an act of terrorism. As a result of the use of smuggled products, health problems as well as financial losses bring additional costs to the country's economy. For this purpose , As a deputy head of anti-smuggling and organized crime department for 3 years, in order to fight against crimes effectively, tobacco and tobacco products , cigarettes, fuel, alcohol, commodities, historical artifacts, cars, medicines, etc. that may occur due to smuggling throughout the country. I carry out the necessary guidance, operation plans and operations together with my executive units in order to prevent the incidents, to reveal the criminals after the incidents and to take the necessary legal actions.
