Performed several molecular CBRN-B detection product development, validation, documentation and certification processes onolecular diagnostics, GMO screening, food safety and microbial identification. Some applied techniques are DNA sequencing, DNA and RNA isolation, expression analysis, mutation analysis, RFLP, bioinformatics analysis, Real Time PCR, PCR, digital PCR, electrophoretic techniques, HPLC, biochemistry analysis, microbiology applications, pathogen detection, GMO analysis, etc. Managed and worked on several national/international projects, certification and updating processes of 98/79 EC directive conformity declaration, IVDR regulation, ISO 14971 and 13485 requirements.
