Horizon4Poland'25 - matchmaking

On 18 November 2025, the Polish History Museum in Warsaw will host a key event for Polish science and innovation – Horizon4Poland 2025.

The conference will be attended by 500 participants representing the world of science, business, administration and funds supporting research development.

The motto of this year's event is: Poland in Horizon Europe: Innovation – Cooperation – Development.

The main objective of the conference is to strengthen the participation of Polish entities in Horizon Europe – the largest European research and innovation programme. The meeting aims to present successes, identify barriers and build strategies for a stronger Polish presence in the European research space.

Among the key points of the programme there will be:

• presentations of the best Polish projects implemented under Horizon Europe by the institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network and other entities,

• debates on how to effectively apply, build consortia and increase project competitiveness,

• matchmaking meetings, pitching and thematic workshops supporting networking of partners for the next calls,

• discussion on the role of Poland in building technological independence of Europe in the context of programmes such as Horizon Europe and ESA.

The venue of this year's event is the Museum of Polish History in the Warsaw Citadel. It is not a random choice. In a space that reminds us of Poles' efforts for freedom and independence, we will talk about modern sovereignty – technological and innovative, co-shaped by active participation in European research programmes.
