Since 2000, SESTEK’s AI-based language technology and natural language processing solutions have helped digitize the operations of over 550 enterprise clients across 20 countries. With two R&D centers in Istanbul and Ankara and a multidisciplinary team of over 160 employees, SESTEK specializes in speech and text analytics, biometrics, and Conversational AI. The company has participated in over 35 national and international R&D projects, including Horizon, Eurostars, Eureka, and Globalstars programs, allocating more than 40% of its revenue to R&D. These projects span industries such as finance, healthcare, and robotics, where SESTEK customizes technologies to meet specific domain needs. In 2022, SESTEK consolidated its conversational AI offerings under the Knovvu brand, introducing a comprehensive suite of solutions: Knovvu Analytics, Knovvu Virtual Agent, Knovvu Biometrics, Knovvu AQM (Automated Quality Management), Knovvu Real-Time Guidance, Knovvu Speech Recognition, and Knovvu Text-to-Speech. SESTEK continues to drive innovation in AI-powered virtual assistants by developing a multi-agent framework with enhanced capabilities such as short-term and long-term memory, agent-specific Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and tool calling. This system operates in the background using speech recognition, text-to-speech (TTS), natural language understanding (NLU), and large language models (LLMs). Its built-in orchestration capability enables seamless deployment in both call centers and various R&D projects. The system consists of a main agent and sub-agents, where the main agent orchestrates sub-agents, facilitating dynamic workflow execution. The orchestration mechanism supports persona-based customization and long-term memory, allowing for a more adaptive and personalized user experience. By integrating advanced AI-driven capabilities with a strong focus on R&D, SESTEK continues to redefine digital interactions, enhancing business operations and customer engagement worldwide.
