Evrim Özgül completed his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1999 and his master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 2002. Between 2001 and 2010, he worked in the automotive sector as a product development and R&D engineer and specialist at companies such as Teklas Kauçuk, Ford Otosan, and Temsa Global. Since 2010, he has been working at Beko, where he has been involved in project management, innovation process management, and the management of national and international incentive programs. Currently, he serves as the Head of Global R&D Incentives and University Relations at Beko.
