DataCoLAB is a Portuguese collaborative laboratory aiming to accelerate digital transformation through data-oriented solutions such as data acquisition (IoT), interoperability, data analytics (big data, AI), information visualization tools, decision support systems, database management and data security.
Data CoLAB, recognized as a collaborative laboratory, is a non-profit private association, which resulted from a joint initiative of private companies, higher education institutions, research units and local administration. We aim to bring emerging knowledge and technologies closer to the market needs through the development and implementation of data-oriented solutions.
Data CoLAB operates across the data value chain to provide services to citizens, companies and the public sector, actively contributing to their digital transformation. Our mission is to develop an intersectoral ecosystem with multidisciplinary stakeholders that will use data to reshape the way we produce, consume and live.
