METU MEMS Center is the leading National Research Center in the field of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). Our Center is among the first four National Research Centers to be qualified within the scope of Law No. 6550. The accumulated knowledge gained through long years of work in the field of MEMS technology, practical experience, and trained workforce have been the most influential factors to be qualified as an Advanced Research Laboratory. Our main activity fields are multi spectral / infrared imaging sensors, inertial senors, RF MEMS, BioMEMS, Packaging and Microfabrication. METU MEMS Center also supports research and development activities by providing its qualified cleanroom infrastructure for the use of external stakeholders within the framework of fundamental principles and rules. We have been contributing to the development of our national industry in both defense and civil areas while also generating economic value for our country with cost-effective, competitive, value-added, and critical technology-oriented strategic products and services we have developed by transforming information into products in cooperation with different sectors.
