Born in 1990 in Erzurum, he completed his primary education at Çankaya Primary School in Mersin and his secondary education at İçel Anadolu High School in Mersin. He graduated as the top student from the Faculty of Science, Department of Biology at Ankara University in 2014. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in the Erasmus exchange program at the University degli Studi di Milano in 2011 and the Farabi exchange program at Istanbul University in 2014. He completed his postgraduate education at the Institute of Health Sciences at Ege University and earned his PhD in 2022. He has national and international publications, books, and conference presentations. He has worked as an observer, researcher, and postdoctoral researcher at LMU (Munich) Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Humboldt University (Berlin) Department of Biology, Museum für Naturkunde (Berlin), and Helmholtz Institute respectively. In 2023 and 2025, he taught a course as part of the Erasmus program at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. He continues his career at Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Histology and Embryology.
