At Tepe Betopan, I support leadership in sustainable building materials through quality-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
As a Senior Integrated Management Systems Specialist at Tepe Betopan, I play an active role in managing and coordinating high-impact sustainability and innovation projects within the European Union framework. I contributed to the final reporting phase of the Horizon 2020-funded ICEBERG project, focusing on circular economy strategies in the construction sector. Currently, I am conducing the implementation of the United Circles project on behalf of Tepe Betopan, a European Union initiative aimed at promoting sustainable practices and digital transformation in the building materials industry.
Within the scope of this project, I collaborate closely with Ekodenge and the TRACID initiative to develop and integrate Digital Product Passport (DPP) systems, supporting transparency and traceability across product lifecycles. In addition, I am actively engaged in the organizational and strategic preparation processes for the upcoming TT.32 call, ensuring alignment with EU objectives and internal sustainability goals.
My role involves driving cross-functional integration of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and sustainability standards, supporting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across all operations.
