Prof. Dr. Muhammet Recep Okur is an academic expert in the fields of digital transformation, open and distance learning, information technologies and software management. He is a professor in the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Anadolu University.
Prof. Okur completed his education at Anadolu University and received his bachelor's degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology Teaching, master's degree in Informatics Programs and PhD in Distance Education. In his academic career, he received the title of associate professor in the field of Open and Distance Learning Science and held various academic and administrative positions.
He has conducted numerous academic studies on open and distance learning, digital transformation, information security and user experience design and has publications in international indexed journals. He has also carried out various projects in the field of digital education technologies and contributed to the preparation of academic books and course materials.
