About me

@Entrepreneurs: Are you building something exciting with a positive impact on climate, biodiversity or pollution and looking for an investment? Please send your deck to andrei@triple-impact.ventures.

Markus is an impact-driven entrepreneur and investor. He currently serves as the Founder & CEO of the tech startup inoqo (https://www.inoqo.com/)) and actively participates as an early-stage impact investor through his investment vehicle, Triple Impact Ventures (https://www.triple-impact.ventures/). In both capacities, Markus prioritizes globally scalable business models that contribute to addressing the pressing issues of biodiversity and climate crisis. Additionally, he leverages his social media presence to advocate for conscious consumption behavior.

During the early stages of his career, Markus co-founded Zoovu (Series C stage / $200M+ VC raised), a SaaS startup, as a student in Vienna, Austria, back in 2006. In 2018, he passed on the company's leadership to a globally recognized scale-up CEO, at a triple-digit growth rate. As the founding CEO, he played a pivotal role in establishing Zoovu as a global leader in AI digital sales assistants, catering to some of the world's largest brands, including Amazon, Microsoft, Canon, Whirlpool, and Unilever. During his active tenure, the organization grew into a global team of nearly 150 professionals, stationed across New York, London, Wroclaw, and Vienna.
