Presentation of our event

To accompany the publication of the 2025 Calls for proposals for grants for information provision and promotion measures concerning agricultural products, DG Agriculture and Rural Development (DG AGRI) and the European Research Executive Agency (REA) organise the annual Info Days on-site in Brussels and online.

This year the Info Days will take place over two days. The first day will be dedicated to policy aspects. Speakers from the European Commission will discuss the priorities of the 2025 Annual Work Programme and eligibility rules. Policy experts will share their views on challenges and opportunities for promotion policy, in third countries and in the internal market. The adoption of the 2025 work programme marks 10 years of EU promotion policy, and we will take the opportunity of this event to celebrate this anniversary with a cocktail at the end of the 1st day.

The second day will focus on the development of successful campaigns. The participants will have the opportunity to listen to presentations by REA officials, external experts and project coordinators. The presentations of the day will tackle several challenging aspects, such as addressing the award criteria in 2025 programme proposals, integrating the work packages as well as budgetary aspects. Presentations will also focus on how to set a good campaign strategy and how to successfully develop communication campaigns, with examples and key learnings.

As part of this event, matchmaking sessions dedicated to interactions between eligible potential project partners will be organised on-site only on the second day, in particular with a view to submitting multi-beneficiary proposals.
