Welcome to 1-2-1 Meetings at Futurebuild 2026!

As part of the Futurebuild 2026, Innovate UK is hosting 1-2-1 meeting sessions where you will have the opportunity to connect with key decision-makers and industry experts from the UK and internationally, in an organised setting on the same day.

Innovate UK is excited to bring together businesses working in sustainable materials, construction and circular economy in the build industry.

Futurebuild 2025 was a resounding success, with over 9,000 unique specifier visitors attending  and 250+ exhibitors in attendance.

Held annually at London’s Excel, it connects industry decision-makers, disruptors and changemakers to explore materials, solutions and ideas shaping a better built environment.

How do participants benefit from attending the event?

As delegates or exhibitors you can set aside time to highlight your business during one-to-one meetings. You can share your knowledge to build collaborations, capitalise on UK and international opportunities and discover innovative developments in the world of sustainable construction and new materials.  

Specifically you can:

To maximise the opportunity, you must prepare an online profile before the day to showcase your products and services and pre-book your one-to-one meetings. On the day of the event, you will attend your 20-minute meeting appointments in person.

Only pre-booked meetings will take place on the first day of the Futurebuild, 3rd March 2026, it is not possible to book meetings on the day.

If you cannot attend face to face at Futurebuild, we offer you the opportunity to meet online on 4th and 5th March. However, we would strongly encourage you to visit the show live.

We highly recommend registering and booking meetings quickly to avoid disappointment.
