MetGIS Pro+ – High Resolution, Interactive Weather Forecast Maps

MetGIS Pro+ is a brand new, turn-key graphical user interface. It provides access to interactive weather forecast maps which can be zoomed to big detail (horizontal resolutions of less than 100 m are possible). The forecasts are available world-wide, with several prediction updates a day. Most forecasts cover the next three days in a time resolution of three hours. Any location within the maps can be clicked to reveal 10-day forecast histograms. The prediction maps relate to meteorological parameters such as temperature, rain, snowfall, wind, sunshine duration and snow cover.

-Customers: MetGIS Pro+ and its predecessor MetGIS Pro are or have been in use over many regions around the world, from South America and Europe to the Himalayas. Customers stem from ski resorts, avalanche control centers, mountain expeditions, the mining industry, hydro power companies and traffic operation centers.
