Development of a holistic guest experience: The brand becomes primarily tangible for guests at its touchpoints. For the guest experience it is crucial how the brand is perceived at these points. We have researched and identified the success criteria for the management of these touchpoints. Guests evaluate the overall experience to a greater extent than the perception of individual touchpoints. We help companies to design, implement and lead customer journeys. This covers the identification of target groups and motives, the definition of the "place for experiences" and service design.
