29 years ago, Sunkid developed the “Moving Carpet” as an uphill aid for ski schools. Today, it is the most versatile transportation solution for people, goods, boats and tubes on 365 days a year.
More and more year-round leisure activities are being realized around the world, in which Sunkid is involved with its broad product portfolio. These include complete summer adventure worlds with play stations from the “Wood'n'Fun” product range, Sunkid Family Rides in amusement parks, Sunkid Mountain Coasters, bike parks and tubing slopes on mountains or special Sunkid conveyor belts for rafts in water parks or kayaks in artificial white water channels.
Sunkid operates worldwide, has eight subsidiaries and around 145 employees. We produce at three locations in Austria and Germany and have been able to realize more than 9,000 projects - including 4,000 Wonder Carpet conveyor belts - all over the world with 45 sales and service partners.
