In Germany, the currency is the Euro (€). You can exchange Rwandan Francs (RWF) for Euros at banks, currency exchange offices, or some hotels. It's a good idea to compare exchange rates to get the best deal.
June in Berlin is usually mild to warm, with temperatures ranging from 14°C to 23°C (57°F to 73°F). Pack lightweight clothing like t-shirts and pants, along with a light jacket for cooler evenings. Don't forget comfortable shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and an umbrella for possible rain.
Germany, in general, has good internet. In hotels, restaurants and many other places wifi is available.

From Rwanda to Germany: Turkish Airlines, Qatar airlines, KLM, Brussels airlines.
Taxis are available, but public transportation is recommended; therefore, buses are more suitable.

Berlin is generally safe for travelers, but it's important to exercise prudent measures and respect local laws while exploring the city.
If your devices use plugs that are different from Type F, you will likely need a plug adapter to fit your devices into German outlets.

About the Conference
The conference will be held at Haus Ungarn, Berlin.
You can find the agenda on the “Agenda” page while registering.
There are two agendas. One for the main event in Berlin and another one for the satellite events in other cities.
The dress code for the event is business casual.
The networking opportunities are plenty as most of the operators in the GBS industry will be present. It will be a valuable way to spend your time.
No translation services will be provided. The summit will be conducted in the English language.
Only vegetarian food and non-alcoholic beverages are served, with options available for people with allergies.

The registration link is on the Rwanda GBS Growth Initiative website on the “Event” page. Once You register, you will receive a confirmation email from “info@gbs.rw”
To attend the conference is free of charge. There are no registration fees.
