How Does It Work?

1. Register for the Event

• Click on the ‘Register’ button on the [event page].
• Create your profile through the b2match platform or directly on the b2match app (available on iOS and Android).
• Registration is mandatory to access the matchmaking features and join scheduled sessions.

2. Create a Strong Profile

Your profile is how other participants will discover and connect with you. Make sure it includes:

• A short pitch, your bio, skills, and interests
• What you offer (services, projects, expertise)
• Who you’re looking to meet (partners, investors, researchers, etc.)

A strong profile will significantly increase your chances of being selected for meetings.

3. Download the b2match App

To fully engage in the event, please download the b2match mobile app before arriving in Beirut.
Through the app, you will:

• Manage your meetings and schedule
• Get live notifications about your agenda
• Chat with participants
• View session updates in real-time

📱 You can find the app by searching “b2match” in the App Store or Google Play.

4. Explore Participants & Opportunities

• Browse the participants list to see who’s attending and identify potential matches.
• Use the filters or the AI-powered Top Matches section to find ideal collaboration partners.

5. Check and Customize Your Agenda

• Visit the Agenda tab to review sessions, workshops, and networking slots.
• Click “Add” to include sessions of interest to your personal calendar on the platform.
• The agenda is updated frequently, so make sure to check it regularly.

6. Post Opportunities & Find Collaborations

• Go to the “Connect & Collaborate” section (or tap the 🤝 icon).
• Post business opportunities that you’d like to share with others.
• Interested parties can then reach out to you to discuss potential collaboration.

7. Initiate Meetings

• To request meetings with participants, click the “+” button (on the 🤝 icon) to send meeting requests.
• Chat with participants before the event to break the ice and make introductions.
• Save interesting profiles by using the Flag option.

💡 Remember, you must be registered for the matchmaking session to schedule meetings.

💬 Meetings last 15 minutes—short, but impactful for evaluating potential collaboration partners. Be sure to use the time wisely!

8. View Your Personal Schedule

• Find your sessions and confirmed meetings under the “My Schedule” (📅) tab.
• Use this to navigate your in-person experience and make sure you don’t miss any opportunity.
