Innoway R&D Kft. is a patent-focused academic spin-out company. At Innoway R&D, we design innovative medical devices, produce treatment approaches, produce prototypes and carry out the necessary validation studies by a multidisciplinary team of medical doctors, engineers and basic sciences. The head office of the company is in Infopark Budapest and was founded by Ayhan Olcay (Cardiologist), Serdar Baki Albayrak (Neurosurgeon), Vedat Öztürk (Mechanical Engineer), Onur Yolay (Biologist and Technology Transfer Specialist). The diverse scientific and private sector backgrounds of team members lead to paradigm-shifting solutions and product prototypes. Working in the health-related field requires rigorous animal and human studies, and we consistently publish our results at academic meetings and in journals. Innoway R&D is a start-up company with multiple patents, prototypes and aiming to become an international biotechnology company.

About me
I am an interventional cardiologist with academic background. After large experience in many areas of cardiology we estabilshed a Medtech company focusing on paradigm changing innovation. Our company is transdisciplinary consisting of doctors a biologist and an enginner working on different projects.
In healthcare, countless groundbreaking ideas never make it beyond research papers or early-stage experiments. Why? Overburdened academia, exhausted physicians, and a funding system that favors late-stage commercialization create a massive innovation vacuum—where promising ideas fade before reaching patients.
