About me
Ana Karen León Miranda is a Mexican entrepreneur with an academic background and a professional career in engineering and technology. She is the founder and CEO of LeonTalents FlexCo, a startup that connects the best IT professionals from Latin America with companies in Austria and Germany, promoting diversity and international talent. Her approach not only includes job placement but also comprehensive support in cultural integration and language learning. She is currently working on the development of a digital solution powered by artificial intelligence to optimize international recruitment.
Academic Background
Ana Karen holds a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc.) in Spatial Information Management from the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (FH Kärnten) in Austria and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in Mexico. Additionally, she has technical training in programming from the CECYT 9 Juan de Dios Bátiz Paredes (IPN).

Photogrammetry and Geoinformation Engineer at Palfinger Structural Inspections GmbH (Austria): Led photogrammetry projects for detecting structural damage in concrete constructions using artificial intelligence and 3D modeling.

Data Analyst at Copter Log Services GmbH (Austria): Developed photogrammetry and geospatial data analysis projects with LIDAR technology.

Environmental Consultant at KPMG Mexico: Implemented sustainability reports based on the Global Reporting Initiative methodology.

Project Manager at ECODENA Mexico: Led the design and implementation of water treatment systems for communities ranging from 5 to 4,000 inhabitants.

Project Collaborator at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Guatemala: Developed a profitability monitoring system and created a virtual information platform for coastal areas of the Mesoamerican Reef, as part of the Energy and Environment Programme.
Entrepreneurship and Community
