Best Practises - Recruiting from Mexico

In this session, I will share my personal journey as a Mexican IT professional who moved to Austria and successfully navigated the challenges of integration, job search, and adaptation to a new work culture. Today, as the founder of LeonTalents, I dedicate myself to supporting Latin American professionals in finding job opportunities in Austria, providing guidance not only in the recruitment process, but also in visa acquisition (Red-White-Red Card) and cultural integration. I will present key learnings from my experience, highlight the potential of Latin American IT talent, and discuss how building strong bridges between Austria and Latin America can benefit both sides.
