Augmentya

Augmentya is a SaaS platform designed with the goal of providing a digital toolbox to all workers who do not typically have immediate access to essential information. Augmentya aims to enhance workers' capabilities through the use of technologies such as NLP, GenAI, machine vision, process automation, and real-time collaboration. The platform is cross-device; regardless of the hardware used, once logged in, the user can leverage the support of Tya, the Digital Expert. Tya’s main task is to simplify the work of service and production teams by interacting with operators in natural language and providing concrete assistance for task completion. The user can ask Tya to identify an object, display associated data, or initiate a specific work procedure. Alternatively, users can start a real-time support session with remote colleagues. The platform consists of a mobile component (Android, iOS) and a web component, through which—among other functionalities—the user can enrich Tya's knowledge base by simply uploading .pdf documentation.
