Digital twin for biotech industrial processes
About
Nabladot has created a methodology to develop digital twins for industrial processes. These digital twins combine data (connection to SCADA), process simulation, sensors and control simulation, helping operators make decisions and optimise the process operation. The digital twin is highly customizable to the client's needs and requirements. The digital twin can be implemented for the whole industrial process or specific process parts, such as specific equipment or thermal/chemical/biochemical treatments. We have experience in implementing digital twins in wastewater treatment processes (i.e., ultraviolet disinfection, anaerobic digestion).
We are interested in implementing this innovative methodology in the biotech industry.
