Their packaging brings to mind a book cover, because every single filled bar aspires to be a Chapter in the story of our journey to discover the flavours of the Mediterranean. In the Conca d’Oro area near Palermo there grows a prestigious variety of tangerines with few seeds and a thin skin, but most importantly, they are very sweet and juicy.
They are called “late” because they ripen in March, hence the name marzeddu.
