Light maceration with the skins at low temperature, to give a golden note to the color, followed by soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature.

Deep gold.

The wine goes particularly well with the typical sweets of the Friulian tradition, such as ‘gubana’ which is a special dessert and dry pastries.

Great matching with aged cheese, gorgonzola, and sweet fruit pickles.
