The following educational proposal focusing on extra virgin olive oil focuses on the experiential and sensorial sphere. The experience of a guided tasting  leads to knowing, distinguishing and appreciating the different sensorial aspects of the oil: its aromas, its taste, its texture which, together, reveal its history and its unique character.
