DEA MAIA

An ale, straw yellow in colour with abundant and persistent foam. The herbaceous and bitter flavours make it refreshing and thirst quenching. A defined session beer, low in alcohol content, can be sipped at any time of the day. A good companion on a hot summers day.

PAIR WITH: A good table-base with dishes of pork, pizza and various focaccia.

INGREDIENTS: Water, barley malt, hops, yeast. The beer is fermented in the bottle, free of dyes, preservatives, is not filtered nor pasteurized.
