Nestled in the shadow of the mountain ‘Maiella’, on the green hills of Pretoro, our brewery produces a limited amount of beer, with each bottle touched by hand. Ingredients selected from our mountain ‘mother’, with pleasant scents, that re-fresh the palate and tickle the imagination. The selection of grain ‘Solina’ (the oldest varieties of local wheat), Senator hats (local wheat), spring water, acacia honey, spices and flowers come directly from the ‘Maiella’ pantry.
