ISABEL

A white ale with an opalescent golden colour. A brew inspired by the American pale ales. It has American, Australian and New Zealand hops, brewed with German and British malts. From the heart of our Maiella Mountain, we inserted the Senatore Cappelli grain. The intense scent of citrus, initially sensations are bitter to the palate and subsequently a pleasant love.

PAIR WITH: Barbecued meats, pizza and various focaccia.

INGREDIENTS: Water, barley malt, wheat  (Cappelli), hops, yeast. The beer is fermented in the bottle, free of dyes, preservatives, is not filtered nor pasteurized.
