MATTHIAS

An amber ale with hints of orange and a rich creamy foam. The caramel aromas, fruit and honey make it organic and full of bite. It is particularly pleasant due to the texture of soft wheat and barley.

PAIR WITH: Medium-aged cheeses, white meats, liver sausage, cheese risotto.

AWARDED: Bronze Medal - Brussels Beer Challenge 2012 + 2013

INGREDIENTS: Water, barley malt, soft wheat (Solina), spelled, 2% acacia honey, hops, yeast. The beer is fermented in the bottle, free of dyes, preservatives, is not filtered nor pasteurized.
