BUCEFALO

Inspired by the proud steed of Alexander the Great. Its black colour holds in its essence of power, character and great balance. The foam is creamy with shades of hazel, a structured body with a velvety texture. With hints of chocolate, coffee and liquorice are balanced by herbaceous notes of hops. 

PAIR WITH: Wild boar and grilled red meats, cheese, pastries & dark chocolate.

AWARDED: Bronze Medal - Brussels Beer Challenge 2013

INGREDIENTS: Water, barley malt, spelled, brown sugar, hops, yeast. The beer is fermented in the bottle, free of dyes, preservatives, is not filtered nor pasteurized.
